🖼️ How do I upload my artwork?

You can upload your files during checkout or email them to us directly at info@cheetahprintz.com.
We accept PNG, AI, PDF and SVG, files.


⏱️ How fast is your turnaround?

  • DTF Prints: Same-day or next-day processing

  • Rush service is available upon request. 


📦 Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!
Select Local Pickup at checkout.

Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM


🚚 Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We currently do not offer international shipping.


📬 How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can follow the delivery in real-time with the carrier link provided.


🧢 Can I place a bulk or custom order?

Absolutely! We handle large orders for events, brands, schools, and businesses.

🎨 Do you offer design help?

Yes — if you need help preparing your file or need a design created from scratch, we’re happy to assist! Design services may include an additional fee depending on complexity.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay via our website.
In-store payments can be made via cash, card, or mobile payment.


❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may have started. Contact us immediately if you need changes.


📩 My package was marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@cheetahprintz.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.


🤝 Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
